The Swift Ponds land use agreement requires all usage to fall within the by-laws of CYO. All non-traditional usage requests will be heard by our oversight committee. They meet the first Friday of every month.
Facility rental/Programming CostsApproved uses of the CYO campus (i.e. no oversight committee required):
- CYO instruction on fly fishing, archery, trap shooting, BB gun shooting, spin fishing, camp/hike survival)
- Staff retreats/ team builders
- Classroom/building rentals
- Service projects
- Agricultural learning
CYO does not host:
- Birthday parties
- Weddings
- 5k races
- Groups larger than 200 people
Whether your event is within approved uses OR falls in a grey area, please fill out the form below.
We ask for reservations to be made 30 days prior to your event day. Please call our office at (970)663-0800 if your event date is within the 30-day timeframe.
