Building a relationship is a life long practice. We try to simplify, but relationships aren’t!

Alas, let’s appreciate the process. Let’s appreciate the time it takes. And each other, because we’re in this together.

Y’know what? Gratitude increases mental strength. It makes us happier, more productive, improves self esteem, makes us more optimistic & resilient and can actually change the chemical balance in your brain.

Enough about ourselves, here’s the best part: Showing appreciation creates a domino effect; the good vibes keep spreading.
