CZ-USA, exclusive importer of CZ quality firearms to the USA and manufacturer of Dan Wesson Firearms is a fully owned subsidiary of Ceska Zbrojovka, firearms manufacturer in the Czech Republic since 1936.

CZ-USA has been established in 1998 and its headquarters are in Kansas City. Product lines include bolt action rifles and pistols by CZ, Safari Classic Mauser Rifles, Brno rifles, CZ-USA Shotguns, Dan Wesson revolvers and 1911 type handguns.
