Colorado Youth Outdoors is very blessed to have some extremely gifted and talented people providing leadership for the organization.  From the volunteers, staff and each of the boards, CYO is structured to accomplish its mission with great passion, efficiency and effectiveness.

There are two boards working together with the staff to oversee the strategic planning process by developing and implementing the Visions/Goals/Objectives of the organization.

The Advisory Board is a working board with a hands-on approach to the needs of the organization.  Advisory Board Members are very close to the day-to-day operations of the organization.  The goals and objectives set forth by the organization are the primary focus of our Advisory Board members.  This board fluctuates in size annually to meet the specific objectives for that season. Membership is not limited but is dictated by the growth and initiatives of the organization.

The Board of Trustees is a group of individuals who have demonstrated leadership in various businesses.  Representing industries that span the private sector, this board shapes the vision of the organization and  ensures the mission is being fulfilled by using sound strategic and fiscal planning.
